How to breath properly

Introduction-

Breathing is a pettern which every one is following but can we are taking breath properly?

Explanation-

Every living thing is breathing that is why we alive but all most people don’t know how to breath and they become ill. Without correct there breath they can’t calm down there mind they suffer so many physical as well mental diseases.

Breath pattern is very important in everyone’s life. We can cure and prevent 60% of health by correcting breath pattern . Now we will discuss how to breath ……… Deep inhalation and complete exhalation is one of the best pattern but in a proper way now again quetion arises that how to breath? We all see ballon when air come into ballon it become flower like wise Suppose your stomach is a ballon and when you blow air stomach wil balgout and when air goes out stomach sinking down. This is the right pattern to breath. So if we breath correctly our all function which is located in our body will go in proper direction and because of proper direction of our system our mind become calm down and we become healthy and happy .

Conclusion

Deep inhalation and complete exhalation in a proper way to become calm down and healthy and happy. So follow this breath pattern and you will see changes automatically.
